Refund policy

At IHSAN HERBALS, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of herbal and personal care products, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days through your original payment method or agreed alternative.
